Shipping, Ordering & Returns

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of purchase.

We use UPS as our primary carrier.

You will receive an email notification when your shipping label has been created. This email will include your tracking number and means your order will be shipping shortly. Please allow up to 48 hours for carrier to display package status.

Yes, but please be aware that shipping costs to those states run fairly high. Those rates are set by our shipping carrier, not by us.

Absolutely, and we apologize if this has happened. Please email info@cleomixers with your order number and photos of the damaged product/box and we will process a replacement as fast as possible.

No, none of our mixers contain alcohol so you have the power to choose your favorite spirit and tailor the drink to exactly how you like it.

No, these mixers are free of Gluten.

Yes, all mixers are dairy free.

Yes, all mixers are nut free.

Yes, all mixers are vegan.

Storage and Expiration

Unopened, the shelf life of our mixers is 1 year. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 4-6 weeks and storing in the fridge.

Only after being opened. They may be stored unopened for up to a year at room temp.

It’s the expiration date. We recommend opening and consuming before the date listed.

To sign up, please create an account on our site by using the icon in the upper right corner. You may also create your account during check out and additionally by using the rewards icon in the bottom right corner. Once created, you will use this same email and password to log in and earn/redeem rewards every time you purchase.

Not neccesarily, if you created an account then you have already earned yourself 25 points! There are many other ways to earn points but you will also earn 1 point for every dollar spent!
